You can choose from an extensive range of group lessons. We offer these live via Zoom, from your own living room.
When we can fully open again, we offer no less than 50 classes a week such as spinning, body pump, Zumba, boxes and aerobics. The group classroom is equipped with an excellent ventilation system.
In the Yoga and Pilates studio with its new ventilation system, our instructors provide no fewer than 35 lessons per week.
We have the expertise of physiotherapy practice Jacques Poppe in-house. You can make an appointment directly at the practice itself.
The training location in the Statenkwartier where you are welcome for indoor and outdoor fitness, group lessons, Yoga and Pilates classes at every level.
